About Lourdes

Hello! My name is Lourdes Contreras I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida. Thank you for visiting my website. I’m extremely interested in helping you to feel confident, stable, balanced, and happy in life. Since I was a child, I always wanted to somehow help others. This is my reason to become a social worker. This passion immersed me in the field of mental health. It’s not a surprise to anybody that our experiences in life shape us to be who we are. Having said that, untreated trauma doesn’t let us heal and move forward. Whenever we choose to treat our trauma we will become more stable and functional in all aspects.
